Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
- Exchanges apply only to products purchased directly from Timgloo.com.
How to Request an Exchange?
- 1. Email us at Reachus@timgloo.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
- 2. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
- 3. Securely pack the product and our delivery partner will pick it up.
- 4. Once received, we will dispatch a replacement within 7 business days.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized or personalized busy boards.
- Products that show signs of use or damage due to improper handling.
- Orders marked as final sale or purchased with special discounts.
