Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through secure online payment gateways at checkout. Payment must be completed before we start processing your order, and we're not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at reachus@timgloo.com and we'll try to catch it before it ships. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, payment wasn't received, pricing was shown incorrectly, or we spot suspicious activity — if that happens and you've already paid, we'll issue a full refund.
Shipping & delivery
How long until my order ships?
Every order is processed within 2–5 working days of payment confirmation. Once it's on its way, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery time after that depends on your location and courier service — see our Shipping Policy for estimated timelines.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes — we ship across India and to select international destinations. Any shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout, and international orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees payable by the customer.
My order arrived damaged, or hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at reachus@timgloo.com with your order number (and photos if the item is damaged), and we'll work with the courier to sort it out quickly.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy?
We accept returns when the product arrives damaged or defective, or the wrong item was delivered — just get in touch within 3 days of delivery. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and refunds are processed once we've inspected the returned product.
What isn't covered by returns?
We're not able to accept returns for used products, minor color differences from what's shown on screen, or a simple change of mind. Full wording is in our Terms and Conditions.
Product safety & ages
Are Timgloo toys safe for young kids?
Our toys are designed for learning and sensory play for children aged 1 year and up. Adult supervision is recommended, especially for children under 3, and small parts should never go in a child's mouth — please use each toy only for its intended purpose.
What ages do you design for?
We group toys by age — 0–2, 2–4, 4–6, 6–8 and 8+ — so you can shop by what suits your child right now. Browse them all from Shop All.
