When a return applies, what we need from you, and how refunds are processed.
We want you and your kids to be happy with every Timgloo order. Here’s when a return or refund applies.
We accept returns when:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
Conditions for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned item.
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Minor color differences
- Change of mind
