By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. Products
Timgloo Toys sells educational toys, Montessori busy boards, and kids learning products designed for children aged 1 year and above.
All products are handmade / assembled with care.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual product color or design may slightly vary.
Adult supervision is recommended while children use our toys.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be completed before order processing.
We accept payments through secure online payment gateways.
We are not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–5 working days.
Delivery time depends on location and courier service.
Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or holidays.
Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
Timgloo Toys is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
5. Replacements with Video Proof
We do not require physical returns. Instead, we send a free replacement under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged or defective.
Wrong product delivered.
Replacement request made within 3 days of delivery, along with a clear video showing the product and the reported issue.
Conditions:
The video must clearly show the product and the issue being reported.
The product must not show signs of misuse.
Replacements are dispatched after we review the video proof — there is no need to send the product back to us.
We do not offer a replacement for:
Used products
Minor color differences
Change of mind
6. Safety Disclaimer
Our toys are designed for learning and sensory play, but:
Adult supervision is recommended for children below 3 years.
Do not allow children to put small parts in their mouth.
Use the product only for its intended purpose.
Timgloo Toys will not be liable for misuse of the product.

belongs to Timgloo Toys and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without permission.
8. Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
Product is out of stock
Payment not received
Incorrect pricing shown
Suspicious activity detected
Refund will be issued if payment was already made.
9. Limitation of Liability
Timgloo Toys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
