Timgloo Toys sells educational toys, Montessori busy boards, and kids learning products designed for children aged 1 year and above.
All products are handmade / assembled with care.

Adult supervision is recommended while children use our toys.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be completed before order processing.
We accept payments through secure online payment gateways.
We are not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–5 working days.
Delivery time depends on location and courier service.
Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or holidays.
Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
Timgloo Toys is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged or defective.
Wrong product delivered.
Return request made within 3 days of delivery.
Conditions:
Product must be unused.
Product must be in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
We do not accept returns for:
Used products
Minor color differences
Change of mind

Our toys are designed for learning and sensory play, but:
Adult supervision is recommended for children below 3 years.
Do not allow children to put small parts in their mouth.
Use the product only for its intended purpose.
