These terms govern your use of the Timgloo website and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders and payment

All prices are listed and charged at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or pricing error.

Unused items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Toys that arrive damaged are replaced at no cost.

All Timgloo products meet applicable child safety standards for their listed age range. Always follow the age guidance printed on packaging.

Timgloo is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use outside of stated guidelines.
